Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you can transfer onto any future 12 Creative Steps course of the same, within the next 6 months with no additional course or admin fees. Any request to postpone and transfer to a future course must be made in writing.
Payment of the full fee or deposit is required at the point of enrolment to secure a place. Places on a course cannot be held without payment. Discounted fees are only available for payment in full at time of enrolment.
All 12 Creative Steps to a Fulfilling Life materials, whether on the 12 Creative Steps website or in the book, 12 Creative Steps to a Fulfilling Life, are owned by Emily Pattullo. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from 12 Creative Steps, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by Emily Pattullo. No 12 Creative Steps content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Emily Pattullo’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Emily Pattullo’s intellectual property rights.
Any personal information volunteered by participants during workshop sessions, whether online or in-person, is to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared, discussed or published outside of those training sessions, unless with the participant’s express approval in writing. This includes written, audio, video and images.
Emily Pattullo reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by her. In these circumstances, Emily Pattullo will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Emily Pattullo will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations that is caused by events outside her reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond her reasonable control.
