This a live, online, 1:1 course, with Emily, focussed solely on you.
This is for those who require maximum personalised support to work through the process, or for anyone not comfortable in a group setting. This will be a journey that we take together as I walk you through each step and you will be able to interact in real time with me to ask questions and be guided throughout the process. We will be looking at each step in turn; what it means to you, and how best to navigate your way through it.

I will provide:
• Detailed explanations of each step and what it could mean for you.
• Challenging and thought provoking questions.
• Suggestions, tips and tools for working through each stage.
• There will be a time during each class for you to write and draw your thoughts and insights.
• There will be a meditative process in which I teach you to listen to and understand your body in relation to your circumstances.
• There will be the opportunity to ask questions and interact solely with me.
What you will need:
• A plain journal/notebook - this will become a record of your process and something you can look back on to remind yourself of each stage, and as a record of your journey.
• Pens and pencils for drawing and writing - use colours too, to really give your pictures emphasis.
The classes will be at the same time each week for 12 weeks, which will involve a commitment to the process and give a finite beginning, middle and end to the experience. In between classes you will be encouraged to continue to work with what you’ve learned by utilising the tools I will teach you, as well as making time for further reflection on each step and what that looks like for you. Ideally, by the time you are ready to join the next class, you will have some clarity on what you have learned and discovered about yourself and your life that will enable you to progress to the next step.
Each session will also be recorded and available for a limited time, so that you can review each class as many times as you like during that time.
