It requires some deep inner reflection and honesty on your part to make choices around what is currently serving you and what it’s time to let go of.   Each step asks you to take a look inside and really feel what it is you truly desire and what needs to happen in order for you to get it. It is a chance to face your nemesis, your inner self-critic, the one who is standing in the way of your greatest potential.

It’s not just a a matter of doing the process mentally, your whole body must be along for the ride too, which is why there are also practises, within the 12 step process, to encourage feeling inside the body for the answers you seek. We have become so detached from our feelings, labelling them as something caused by ‘out there’, when really they are showing us something important about ourselves.

 They are showing us places in our body where the energy isn’t flowing properly. We are energetic beings that have created a body in order that we can exist down here. And the body is a perfectly fine-tuned machine that speaks to us in many different ways, if only we knew how to read the messages. 

We have spent so long pushing away the feelings we don’t like, or blaming our circumstances or someone else for why we feel this way, that we have lost the curiosity of what the body is telling us. 
I will be re-training you to pay attention inside so that you can remember why it is you came and what your true purpose in life is.

Emily Pattullo is a Certified Life Coach and Award-Winning Novelist who has combined her love of writing with her passion for helping people realise their fullest potential, to create 12 Creative Steps to a Fulfilling Life.

Emily saw a need in her coaching practice for a structured program that incorporated a step-by-step process, coupled with creativity, to inspire people to rewrite their life story from a place of fulfilment and gratitude rather than regret. She wanted to be able to take her clients on a journey, an adventure, full of possibility and progress, where they could ask themselves questions about what they wanted from this life and what might be standing in their way of getting that.

Pre-Recorded Package:

In this unique offering, you will be guided through 12 Creative Steps to a Fulfilling Life through 12 Pre-Recorded Sessions.

This package is for those who wish to take the 12 steps at their own pace and at their convenience. It includes 12 pre-recorded sessions that go into more detail than the book around what to consider for each step and how to incorporate the tools and practises into your life.

In each video, I will be:
•  Explaining what each step is exploring.
•  Asking challenging questions.
•  Providing tips and suggestions.
•  And then taking you through a meditation/exercise that will invite you to really feel inside for the answers you seek.

What you will need:  
• A plain journal/notebook - this will become a record of your process and something you can look back on to remind yourself of each stage, and as a record of your journey.
• Pens and pencils for drawing and writing - use colours too, to really give your pictures emphasis.

It is important that you see this as a process, not a quick fix. The longer you can leave between each video to really work through what you discover about yourself, the more benefit you will get from the next video and the next one. If you can see this journey as something to be enjoyed and as an opportunity to really give yourself the time and attention you deserve to decide what it is you truly want and how you might realise that, the more fun you will have. Remember, this is permission to use your imagination, to
re-discover the child within and to remind yourself what it is you have always wanted to be when you grew up. It’s a real opportunity to become curious again, and to play with the possibilities.

We will be looking at each step in turn; what it means to you, and how best to navigate your way through it.

I will provide:
• Detailed explanations of each step and what it could mean for you.
• Challenging and thought provoking questions.
• Suggestions, tips and tools for working through each stage.
• There will be a time during each class for you to write and draw your thoughts and insights.
• There will be a meditative process in which I teach you to listen to and understand your body in relation to your circumstances.
• There will be the opportunity to ask questions live during the workshops.

What you will need: 
• A plain journal/notebook - this will become a record of your process and something you can look back on to remind yourself of each stage, and as a record of your journey.
• Pens and pencils for drawing and writing - use colours too, to really give your pictures emphasis.

The classes will be at the same time each week for 12 weeks, which will involve a commitment to the process and give a finite beginning, middle and end to the experience. In between classes you will be encouraged to continue to work with what you’ve learned by utilising the tools I will teach you, as well as making time for further reflection on each step and what that looks like for you. Ideally, by the time you are ready to join the next class, you will have some clarity on what you have learned and discovered about yourself and your life that will enable you to progress to the next step.  

Each session will also be recorded and available for a limited time, so that you can review each class as many times as you like during that time.

1:1 Online Package:
